The skills I provide you are skills I have learned and perfected over the past decade of working with people just like you. My goal is to help you fill your toolbox with many tools and techniques to last you for a lifetime. I am a client-centered and strength-based therapist. Working with me is a collaborative journey to address depression, anxiety, and/or trauma. I am trained in evidence-based approaches that teach proven techniques. We will address brain science and how our experiences impact how we feel. We will explore strategies to create a new positive neural path. We will discuss what happens in your body when negative emotions take over and practice skills to calm the body and the mind. You will learn how to identify your strength and build your resiliency.

I believe each one of us possesses strength and resilience. We are all capable of change and growth throughout our lifetime. I believe that unhealthy patterns are learned and can be unlearned. You can learn new healthy coping strategies for whatever life threw your way. I would love to champion you on your journey to understand your own capacity to heal.
