Intake Session.
This is the initial assessment where I evaluate your needs.

Individual Therapy.
Designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Coaching Session.
To develop a plan and help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

Sliding scale rates are available for those who are uninsured or underinsured based on income and circumstances. Priorities will be given to the following: low income (must provide prove of income or use Open Path Psychotherapy Collective). Please call for further clarification.
